An added value of JJ’s line of oxidising cream emulsions is that you can choose the format that best suits your needs. In fact, all volumes are available in both the practical 150 ml bottles (also suitable for retail) and in the professional salon size (1000 ml bottles). The new zero lift oxygen is formulated for light toning with the new line of special toners without color alterations. The new zero lift toner is formulated to lightly tone the hair with the new range of special toners that do not alter hair color.
CHOICE OF OXIDISING CREAM EMULSION:
2.5 and 5 volumes for toning., 10 volumes (3%) to darken by one level and colour bleached hair. 20 volumes (6%) for tone-on-tone colouring, covering white hair and lightening by one level. 30 volumes (9%) for medium lightening (2 or 3 tones). 40 volumes (12%) for intense lightening (3 or 4 levels). To lighten more than 4 levels, you should be using the shades from the superlighteners series. In a non-metallic container, mix one part cream and one and a half parts (1:1.5) of the oxidising cream emulsion of your choice. When using shades from the superlighteners series, mix one part cream and two and a half parts (1:2.5) oxidising cream emulsion. All JJ permanent colours are formulated to cover 100% of greys, so there is no need to mix them with the natural base colour. There may be many reasons why the hair may not be completely covered after the application, which are not related to the product (e.g., temperature difference, seasonality, health conditions, transpiration type, chemical aggregation with residues of products such as hairspray, polishes, repair treatments, etc.). In this case, re-pigmentation is recommended or, in simpler cases, the dilution ratio can be reduced from 1:1.5 to 1:1. Distribute the prepared colouring mixture evenly over unwashed hair and leave on for around 30 minutes. After the application time has elapsed, gently rinse the hair with lukewarm water and use an after-colouring shampoo (pH 4.5).
